Itinerary
Moshi/Arusha – Londorossi Gate – Mti Mkubwa (Big Tree
The adventure kicks off with a scenic drive to Londorossi Gate, the starting point of the Lemosho Route. Hike through dense rainforests, catching glimpses of wildlife, and reach Mti Mkubwa, a majestic giant tree, for your first campsite.
Mti Mkubwa – Shira 2 Camp
Transition to the Shira Plateau, where the landscape transforms into open moorlands. Marvel at the panoramic views of Kilimanjaro as you ascend to Shira 2 Camp, nestled beneath the towering peaks.
Shira 2 Camp – Lava Tower – Barranco Camp
Climb towards the Lava Tower, a striking volcanic formation. Descend to the Barranco Valley, navigating through the otherworldly Barranco Wall, before settling at Barranco Camp, surrounded by towering cliffs.
Barranco Camp – Karanga Camp

Karanga Camp To Barafu Camp

Barafu Camp – Uhuru Peak– Back to Barafu to Mweka Camp
The ultimate ascent begins in the dead of night, aiming for Uhuru Peak, Kilimanjaro's highest point. Marvel at the sunrise from the Roof of Africa before descending to Barafu Camp. Continue to Mweka Camp, reflecting on your achievement.
Mweka Camp – Mweka Gate – Moshi
Descend through lush rainforests, enjoying the final leg of the journey. Reach Mweka Gate, where a sense of accomplishment and camaraderie fills the air. Transfer back to Moshi, celebrating the triumph of conquering Kilimanjaro.
